This loft on lower Broadway was created by a very innovative designer named Adi Gershoni. We were able offer creative solutions and technical expertise to help realize the vision of the client and the designer. We used Lutron lighting control to beautify and help enhance the unique spaces in the loft. The small theater room features a flat screen TV suspended from a custom made bracket and glossy white speakers creating a very unique modern look. In the master bath the image of the TV is hidden behind a mirror placed in the shower wall.
